To run SEALS on the subnational Kenya regions, I needed to update the merging labels.
Since the new regional change vector did not have a 'ee_r264_label' column, I changed it to merge on 'region_label'. (Also the column name in the regional change csv file.)
The rasterize function also uses an integer value rather than string, so I changed 'ee_r264_id' to 'pyramid_id'. Any unique integer should work.
